For use in protein shakes, for example, our range includes various whey protein concentrates and isolates. For products to be prepared in a shaker or mixer we recommend using Lactomin 80-E or Lactomin 90-E. With our product Lactomin 80 A we also have an instantized variant in the range. This is an agglomerated whey protein concentrate that is readily soluble and can simply be stirred in with a spoon.
Health
In old age, as with weight control, it is advisable or even essential to ensure a reliable supply of protein, for proteins help to maintain and build healthy bones and muscle tissue. In elderly persons, especially, the muscles tend to waste because of a low-protein diet combined with reduced activity.
